This is an “all hands on deck” role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute across various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, diary and document management
  • Assist with administration for events, webinars, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Support internal systems, including record-keeping, sponsor updates, and compliance tracking

  • Administrative tasks associated with accounts and contract renewals
  • Contribute to grant administration and reporting support
  • Board paper preparation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles (charity/NGO experience a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.) and social media tools - WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc. Project management tools not essential but a plus
  • A team player with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently
  • Commitment to our mission of reducing identity exclusion and fostering inclusion and diversity and a willingness to learn

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a global, purpose-driven primarily volunteer-run organisation
  • Work with a supportive and inclusive team
  • Flexible working arrangements an option (primarily remote)
  • Opportunities for growth and development
  • Meaningful work with a real-world impact
