Are you an organised, proactive individual passionate about social impact? We’re an international non-profit dedicated to supporting organisations through education, research, and advocacy to combat identity exclusion. We're looking for a dynamic Administrator to become a vital part of our small inclusive, purpose-driven team.
This is an “all hands on deck” role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute across various aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, diary and document management
- Assist with administration for events, webinars, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Support internal systems, including record-keeping, sponsor updates, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with sponsor, partner organisations, stakeholders, and volunteers
- Assist with communications tasks such as proofreading, website administration and social media support
- Administrative tasks associated with accounts and contract renewals
- Contribute to grant administration and reporting support
- Board paper preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in administrative roles (charity/NGO experience a plus but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.) and social media tools - WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc. Project management tools not essential but a plus
- A team player with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to our mission of reducing identity exclusion and fostering inclusion and diversity and a willingness to learn
