How curiosity and empathy shaped a 20 year journey in identity and inclusive security.

In this Inside Identity interview, Jaime Lewis Gross, Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering for North America at Saviynt, shares how she unexpectedly fell into the identity space and built a 20 year career in it. Starting out in QA at a web agency, Jaime talks about how staying curious, asking questions and deeply understanding the systems around her opened doors into professional services and large scale identity implementations.

Jaime describes a pivotal moment working with clinicians who needed urgent access to patient information and how it changed her view of identity from a back office efficiency tool to something that can literally affect life and death decisions.
